Inc. magazine included Talroo (formerly Jobs2Careers) on its 37th annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small and midsized businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.
“Talroo is honored to be on the Inc. 5000 list for the 5th consecutive year,” says Talroo CEO Thad Price. “Talent is every company’s strategic advantage, and it’s definitely one of ours. It’s because of our team’s commitment that we have been able to achieve and sustain this growth. As we embrace our new identity as Talroo, we will continue to set high standards for our technology and client satisfaction, to enable companies to save time, spend wisely, and ultimately hire better.”
Of the tens of thousands of companies that have applied to the Inc. 5000, only 20% of honorees has made the list five times. Talroo first landed on the Inc. 500 list at #131 in 2014, and has been able to sustain a high level of growth each year since, with this year’s 3-year growth rate at over 133%.
The 2018 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc., as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $206.1 billion, and the companies on the list collectively generated 664,095 jobs over the past three years.
