Thad Price

Chief Executive Officer

Thad Price is Chief Executive Officer at Talroo, where he provides leadership, strategy, and guidance to all departments to ensure the company is moving in the right direction with the right talent.

With more than 17 years of experience in online recruitment and the job search vertical, Thad uses his cross-functional experience to turn client feedback into innovative products that help companies hire better.

Under Thad’s leadership, Talroo continues its mission of disruption in the industry. Prior to joining Talroo, he was a VP of Business Development at Job.com. Thad holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.

Jeremy Foster

Chief Financial Officer

Jeremy Foster is Chief Financial Officer at Talroo. He has more than 15 years of experience as a senior executive, primarily in the technology and banking arenas. He’s been CFO or COO for 3 Inc. 5000 companies, two of which have made the Inc. 500, and all three have been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as among “Austin’s Best Places to Work.”

At Kasasa, he guided strategy for a $25B bank product portfolio, managed an analytics team responsible for product performance and financial reporting for 800 banks and credit unions, and led the development of an enterprise-grade business intelligence platform.

Jeremy holds an MA in Communication and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he was an inaugural Meyer Fellow.

Barry Klein

VP of Success & Enablement

Barry Klein is Vice President of Success & Enablement, responsible for the best practices and service that create long term relationships between Talroo and our customers.

Barry has more than 30 years of experience in customer care, technical sales support and business development, working in various technologies from operating systems to networking to applications. He was Vice President of Sales Engineering at Vignette and has extensive experience selling to and managing relationships with enterprise customers as well as small and medium size clients.

Barry has a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Martha Aviles

VP of Marketing

Martha Aviles is the VP of Marketing at Talroo. Passionate about the future of work, post COVID, Martha brings with her 20 years of high-tech marketing experience in SaaS, semiconductor, networking, and network security at start-ups, private, and public companies.

Martha is a fierce marketing leader, with a gift for building and growing high-performance marketing teams, corporate brands, and inspiring thought leadership. Her extensive experience includes lead generation, integrated marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, public relations, brand management, analyst relations, and crisis communications. She has also successfully led through 20+ mergers and acquisitions, including managing several integration and acquisition exits.

Martha is known for her larger-than-life personality, contagious energy, and passion for mentoring and motivating others to succeed. Prior to joining Talroo, Martha held senior leadership roles in marketing at RigUp (now Workrise) and Enverus, both which have reached Unicorn status in Austin, TX. Martha is an MBA graduate from the University of Texas and holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.

Paige Drews

VP of Talent Solutions

Paige Drews is Vice President of Talent Solutions and responsible for the process, systems and growth of the direct channel at Talroo.

Paige has extensive experience in growing high velocity sales teams while maintaining efficiency and scalability for a sustainable business model. Prior to Talroo she was the Vice President of Sales for Indio Technologies where she built a start-up foundation and saw growth that led to a successful acquisition and exit.

Paige has a B.S. in Agricultural Development and Leadership from Texas A&M University.

Tony Mills

VP of Technology

Tony Mills is Vice President of Technology at Talroo, providing leadership for the Infrastructure, QA, and Engineering teams to drive the growth of Talroo’s portfolio of talent attraction products. He is responsible for the technology, architecture, and strategy in supporting a data-driven business culture.

Tony brings more than 18 years of experience in planning, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art technology solutions facilitating corporate growth. He has been recognized for success in directing a broad range of corporate technology initiatives while managing, motivating, and leading project teams. He has prior experience in high growth business such as Lombardi Software (IBM) to large companies such as Ultra Electronics ATS. Tony holds a BS from George Mason University.
