I have some exciting news to share with you. As I hinted in last week’s blog post, Jobs2Careers is evolving to redefine the way employers and talent connect. The company you do business with is now known as Talroo! Talroo sits at the intersection of talent and recruiting, and it has been created to unify the existing Jobs2Careers brand with a growing suite of employer solutions.

With name changes cropping up regularly in the HR tech industry, we wanted to ensure that our new identity was undertaken with a clear purpose — to match our evolving purpose in the world of work. When Jobs2Careers was founded back in 2010, we were a job search aggregator that helped people find jobs and employers find talent. As we scaled, we began building new technology to help employers reach candidates more efficiently by leveraging job seeker behavior and hiring data. We created Talroo to build on this technology and momentum, while retaining the sub-brand Jobs2Careers as one of the largest job search platforms in the industry.

The Talroo name is derived from a combination of talent, recruiting, and two interlocking oo’s to signify the connection between our job seeker and our talent attraction solutions.
